Can I use the same email address for several channels?
Yes and no.
Every email from a new sender comes with a ‘All actions’ menu. If you choose ‘Move to a new channel’, MailClark creates a new channel dedicated to conversing only with that sender. This new channel is linked to the main channel where the email originally arrived, so it has the same email address.
However, entirely independent channels (like #general and #random) cannot have the same email address.
